
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all−purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup salted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, (12 oz.)
Preheat oven to 300F
In medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well
with wire whisk. Set aside.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix at medium speed until just blended. do not overmix.
Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips, and blend at low speed until just mixed.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 22−24 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer cookies immediately to a cool surface with a spatula.

Quick & Easy Turkey Meatloaf
2 pounds turkey
2-3/4 cups fresh bread cubes (about 3 slices) or Boxed Bread Crumbs (1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons parsley or Morton’s Nature’s Seasoning spice blend
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
1 egg
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 small can of tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients together; mold in rectangular pan. Bake at 350 for 45 mins to 1 hour.
While warm, top with:
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Yummy Cinnamon French Toast
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
- 8 slices French bread, or regular wheat or white bread; sliced on diagonal
PREPARATION:
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Whisk in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium-low heat.
Place coated bread slices in hot skillet. Cook, turning, until both sides are nicely browned, about 2 minutes each side.
Repeat with remaining bread and egg mixture. To serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup or other fruit flavored syrup. Enjoy!
